Guicciardini, Via (Real)

Guicciardini, Via (Real),Street in the Oltrarno quarter of Florence, near one corner of which Tito Melema is first seen by Fra Luca. This street, which leads south from the Ponte Vecchio, is named from the houses of the Guicciardini families there. At an earlier date it was called the Borgo di Piazza.
