Innocent VIII, Pope (Hist.)

Geovanni Battista Cibo (1432-92), pope, as Innocent VIII, 1484-92. He was the pope who made Giovanni de' Medici a cardinal at the age of fourteen, and his son, Franceschetto, married a daughter of Lorenzo de' Medici.
