Eppie frisking
Title
Eppie frisking
Alt Text Description
Colored illustration of a young woman skipping and talking to an old man. A donkey watches behind them.
Description
Eppie rejoices over the prospect of getting a garden with her father, Silas Marner. Aaron Withrop has promised to get them clips of herbs from the Red House, where he is employed as a gardener. He notes that much of it goes to waste at the Red House and that taking some would be of no imposition to the owners, Godfrey Cass and Nancy Cass (née Lammeter).
