Your kind invitation 783 is too delightful to be resisted. We rejoice to hear of that happy marriage-prospect, and I expect much pleasure in making Mrs. Roundell's acquaintance. 784 Before the 7th we shall probably have retreated into the country, but we shall still be near enough to feel the attraction towards Oxford and be drawn thither.
Will you before then kindly instruct us as to times and seasons, in order that we may make our arrangements so as not in any way to disturb yours?
Mr. Lewes, who is just now very busy, pruning his too abundant manuscript, begs me to send you his best regards. Believe me
