Thank you for "Aspasia." 689 I think her charming, and only wish you had given her more adventures. But the episode of the sucking pigs is best of all. Mr. Lewes is going to read the book, and I know he will think the "Sucking Pigs" ravishing, for he dotes on animals -- I mean animals with four legs.
Your bits of description make me long to be just where you were in Wales. We mean to run away to mountains and molluscs and sea breezes, as soon as the weather gets warm. I hope to see you before then by some means. But seeing, or not seeing you, I am always the same -- at least in esteem and affection towards my friends. In other matters, you will agree with me that I can easily change for the better.
