Mr. Simpson writes me word that some copies of Jubal have been printed on thick paper, and I have requested him to send 4 of them to you in order that you may (if it is not too late) give them to the
Binder instead of the white-papered copies which distress my eyes. 81
Thanks for the offer of the Birket Foster proof. 82 I should like it.
