Thursday.
Dearest Barbara
Do not come to me to-morrow, because Gertrude will be with me and after her, I expect Mrs. P. Taylor. The time I should be most likely to be alone would be Saturday at 'bd past 1. Can you come and lunch with me?
On second thoughts, perhaps Mrs. P. Taylor may write to say she can't come. In that case I will let you know, if you would like to come tomorrow evening about 'bd past 8. But don't come unless I write.
Ever yours,
Marian.
