GE to Barbara [Mme Eugene] Bodichon, London, 12 November 1875
MS: Mr. Philip Leigh-Smith. Hitherto unpublished.
The Priory, | 21. North Bank, | Regents Park.
November 12. 75.
Dearest B.
Mr. Lewes has been ailing, but is better. I, ditto.
You are a very out-of-London-staying friend, but we shall not have forgotten you by December.
I have not had time yet to write to Miss Marks. If you are writing to her, I wish you would tell her to come to me. I am at home at 5 every day except Saturday, or if she could come at 'bd past 2 on some Sunday, we could chat before anyone else came 337 -- or if she could come some weekday at 'bd past 1 and lunch with us?
I am worried by having to write small notes.
Ever your loving
Marian.
