Dear Cara
Sara sends me word this morning that you are coming to Sydenham today. This is to say, what I hope is needless, that any time and whatever time you are able to give us we shall joyfully accept. I abstain from teazing you with special invitations because we are not going away and shall always be ready to receive you, if you will come either with or without notice. With notice I will have a lunch dinner to suit Mr. Bray any day when that will fit into your arrangements.
I am sorry to hear from Sara that Mr. Bray's health is ailing. Yours, of course, is good, you lucky angel. No more now, since more is unnecessary, and you need not write in answer to this unless you can write to say when you will come. But don't make me disagreeable by giving yourself trouble about me.
