Dear Sara
Thrice welcome will you be on Thursday even at the distance of Rosehill from me, and still more welcome when you come to me and let me nurse you after all these trying scenes and thoughts. 700 I have faith that they are to be an introduction to more lasting quiet than you have had for a long while and so I comfort myself in hearing and reading of them.
If you can think of such a matter when you are packing will you put Salvador in your box for me? I want to see him again very particularly, but I am ashamed to ask you to do anything for me at such a time. Perhaps you have returned it to Woodford. If so, of course I do not suppose I can have it.
Farewell until next Friday!
Pollian.
