MS: National Library of Scotland. Hitherto unpublished.
The Priory, | 21. North Bank, | Regents Park.
Monday.
My dear Blackwood
Your letter this morning removes a load of anxiety. Since Harper's did not wish postponement there can only have been inconvenience -- and that I will explain to them with expressions of my regret.
I have asked Langford to come and lunch with us on Tuesday to discuss details about issue of copies etc.
Ever yours truly
G. H. L.
Wednesday
This was enclosed in an envelope to my sister in law. The telegram since arrived was a great comfort. Langford was with us yesterday.
