My Dear Madam
I am delighted to hear that you expect to be ready so soon with the new Novel. If we are to be out by the end of March we should begin to print very soon, so whenever you can spare some M.S. it will be well to send a volume down. I long to see the rest.
As to the Title, I suspect your own feeling in favour of The Tullivers or Life on the Floss must be right, and that is the best guide we can have.
I have had the two set up to see how they look. I think "The Tullivers" grows upon one, although there is a sort of mystery about the Mill which is taking. I would rather that you decided the point, although I do not think the Title of very much moment.
Tell Lewes I hope to receive the Fielding paper in time for the next number.
